This new coin series from the Royal Australian Mint, available in both silver and gold, was introduced in 2020. As the name suggests, the series is based on the Lunar calendar, representing the Chinese zodiac signs, similar to other manufacturers' Lunar series.

2) Coin Description
The obverse side features an Ox surrounded by willow branches, which symbolize humility in China. Additionally, the Chinese character for Ox, the inscription "YEAR OF THE OX," the weight "1 oz," and the fineness ".9999 Au" are visible. The reverse side showcases the famous portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, surrounded by the 12 zodiac signs.
