The gold coins of the Myths and Legends Series from the United Kingdom have been issued by the prestigious Royal Mint since 2021.

2) Description of the Coin
The obverse side depicts Robin Hood perched high in a tree with a drawn longbow in hand, ready to take action in Sherwood Forest. The design is framed with the inscription "ROBIN HOOD," along with the fineness "999.9" and the year of issue "2021." The reverse side of the coin features the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Around the portrait, you can find the inscription "D G REG F D," which stands for Dei Gratia Regina, Fidei Defensor (By the Grace of God, Queen, Defender of the Faith). Additionally, the coin displays the face value of "100 POUNDS" and the initials "JC" for the coin's designer, Jody Clark.
