A personal visit to our store
You make an appointment with us and visit us in our store in Vaihingen/Enz. Please note our opening hours.

You send us your valuables by post
You commission a transport service provider such as Deutsche Post / DHL by visiting a post office or by telephone. Please ensure that you only send your valuables in a DHL parcel. This is insured up to 500 euros as standard. Please do not send small parcels, as these are not insured. For further details see Purchase processing.

We will collect your valuables from you for a flat rate of € 39,- - fully insured.
After we have confirmed your binding sales request, the next step is for us to arrange a special and fully insured valuables transport service for you to collect your valuables from your home or office, for example, by appointment. For further details see Purchase processing.
